Faith never tries things out. Faith believes and receives. Faith takes action. Faith takes charge. The Israelite's walked through the Red Sea on dry ground because they were acting on the instruction from Moses, which he had received from the Lord. God told Moses to stretch his rod and divide the Red Sea and ask the children of Israel to walk through it. This was not an exercise in trial and error but an act of faith.
