Renovation Has Begun

… Help Build a House of Impact

God has given us a building. Now we must turn it into a home. We are raising £250,000 to complete the renovation so that Benson Idahosa House can open fully by Easter 2026.

This is more than a building project. It is a place of worship, community, hope and support for families in our city.

Our Vision for the House of Impact

Common Impact Centre has always been more than a church. We are a family of faith, a place of hope, and a centre for impact. God has blessed us with the opportunity to secure a permanent home — Benson Idahosa House.

This will be a place for:

A Home for Worship
Benson Idahosa House will be our permanent place of worship. A sanctuary built for praise, the Word, prayer, and life-changing encounters. No more moving from venue to venue, a stable home where people can grow in faith.

A Home for Youth and Children
Our young people will have rooms designed for learning, mentoring, discipleship, creativity and growth. The Children’s Church will also serve as a homework club space during the week.

A Home for Community
The building will help us support real needs in our city, loneliness, mental health, family support, mentoring and guidance. We aim to partner with the council and local groups to serve our area better.

A Home for Business and Work
Upstairs will include a co-working and business hub. A place where new ideas can grow, where people can work, collaborate and find support. This hub will also help generate long-term income for the church.

A Home for Outreach
With functional rooms, a community hall, and office spaces, the building will allow us to run practical programmes that bring hope to people around us.

Help Us Raise £250,000 to Complete the Renovation

To move in by March 2026, the building must be fully renovated. Every pound moves us closer to opening our doors.
