He is your Amen

““Write this to the angel of the church in Laodicea: “Here is a message from the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of all that God has made.”

Be encouraged today that even when people around you may not believe or support your vision and aspirations, there is someone in heaven saying “Amen” to your declaration of faith. He is the Lord Jesus!

On earth, when we sign certain legal documents, we are asked to get someone else to sign along with us as a witness to our undertaking, otherwise the documents will lack legal power.

Today, Jesus is the one who signs along with us, certifying that our confession of the word is true. When you say “I am strong”, Jesus says “Amen!”. When you say “My needs are met”, Jesus says “Amen!”. When you say “I cannot be sick”, Jesus says “Amen!”.

Hannah was barren and very much desirous of a child. On a certain day in the temple, she poured out her heart to God in her anguish. Thankfully, Eli the priest happened to be nearby as she prayed. He said to her “Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition which you have asked of Him.”” I Samuel‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

That was the end of Hannah’s barrenness.

So, be encouraged today to keep speaking and confessing your faith in the word of God because Jesus the High Priest of your confession is saying “Amen!” (Hebrews 3:1)
